Lughnasadh - Keto Cobbler Recipe

Hello everyone!
I hope you all had a wonderful Sabbat! I wanted to post this yesterday but time just evaded me. Here is what you will need.
FILLING
1 lb Blackberries
2 tbsp Lemon juice
1/3 cup Monk Fruit
TOPPING
1/2 cup Blanched almond flour
1/2 cup Coconut flour
1/4 cup Monk Fruit
1/2 tsp Gluten-free baking powder
1/4 tsp Pink Salt
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
4 oz Butter
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, toss together the berries, lemon juice, and sweetener.
Transfer the berries to the bottom of a glass or non-stick, pref a 8x8 inch baking pan.
Stir the vanilla extract into the melted butter. Stir in the almond flour, sweetener, baking powder, and salt. The dough should be crumbly, but buttery and a little moist kind of like pie crust.
Crumble the dough over the berries. You can leave them on the top or mix them into the berries, it's up to you. My husband likes to mix them.
Bake the cobbler for about 25 to 35 minutes on just until the top is turning golden.
We also like to add either sugar free Ice Cream or Homemade Whipped Cream to the top!
